Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to take a look at your excel file, or pricelist, to see if our calculator can work for you. Our tech support is reserved for bugs, technical support for our premium users, who help pay for the developer's wages.
We do have a premium setup service for $80 USD to setup your calculator. If we fail to set up your calculator the way your business needs it, we can refund up to 50%of the premium setup fee.
