Yes, you can have your users upload attachments to your calculator form by using the File Upload element of Stylish Cost Calculator Premium.
Alternative Method
For now, you can use the Text/HTML element and instruct the user to upload their file to AnonFiles, WeTransfer (recommended), or Firefox Send. Then they can include this link in the comment box element. That’ll be safer and better for you.
