Problem
If you (or your users) are not getting the quotes by email, then it could be a few reasons. Below we will teach you how to fix this very quickly.
Solution #1
In the global options, go to the Email Quotes dropdown and click on the Email Test button.
Check that both tests (Outgoing Email and SPF/DKIM/DMARC) are positive. With the first one you should receive a test email.
If it fails, consider solution #2.
Solution #2
We recommend using your own email server SMTP to deliver the emails. Use your SMTP program to send yourself a test email. More details here (ultimate email setup guide).
Solution #3
Try removing the banner and logo images from your global settings menu. A bad image might be preventing the email functionality from working.
Solution #4
Do you have the correct PHP modules installed? Check the SCC diagnostic screen and settle anything in red with your hosting company, web developer or system admin.
