If you (or your users) are not getting the quotes by email, then it could be a few reasons. Below we will teach you how to fix this very quickly.
In the global options, go to the Email Quotes dropdown and click on the Email Test button.
Check that both tests (Outgoing Email and SPF/DKIM/DMARC) are positive. With the first one you should receive a test email
If it fails, consider solution #2
We recommend using your own email server SMTP to deliver the emails. Use your SMTP program to send yourself a test email. More details here (ultimate email setup guide)
Try removing the banner and logo images from your global settings menu. A bad image might be preventing the email functionality from working.
Do you have the correct PHP modules installed? Check the SCC diagnostic screen and settle anything in red with your hosting company, web developer or system admin.
